1. Acceptance

By using pcsvpn.online or the PCS proxy service you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.

2. Service description

PCS proxy provides SOCKS5 proxy access billed per traffic: $1.90 per GB for purchases under 100 GB and $1.50 per GB from 100 GB. Volumes of 500 GB and above are quoted individually. Purchased traffic never expires. Access is granted after payment and order confirmation.

3. Orders and payment

Orders and payments are handled on Telegram: @pussycatproxy. The parameters of each order (volume, geo, IP type, timing) and available payment options are confirmed before payment.

4. Acceptable use

The service is provided for lawful purposes only. You must not:

send spam or unwanted bulk messages;
launch attacks, scan for vulnerabilities or gain unauthorized access to systems;
distribute malware, phishing or unlawful materials;
infringe third-party rights, including copyright and trademarks;
act against the rules of target platforms;
resell access without our consent.

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

5. Refunds

Refunds are reviewed case by case, taking into account the situation and the unused traffic balance. Message us on Telegram and we will look into your case.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party services, permanent availability of specific IP addresses or uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for the consequences of using the service or for blocks imposed by third-party platforms. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the current service period.

7. Suspension

Access may be limited or terminated for breach of these terms, non-payment, threats to infrastructure or mandatory legal demands.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page; continued use of the service after publication means acceptance.
