1. Overview

This policy explains what data the PCS proxy service collects when you use pcsvpn.online and our proxy services, why we need it and how long we keep it. Reach us on Telegram: @pussycatproxy.

2. Data we process

• Telegram conversations. Your username, message contents and timestamps — to answer questions, process orders and provide support.
• Service data. Proxy login and password, chosen parameters (geo, IP type), purchased traffic volume and access period.
• Connection metadata. Timestamps and traffic volume — kept for no more than 24 hours — for abuse prevention and network diagnostics.
• Hosting server logs. Standard web server records (IP address, browser type, requested page, time) that may be kept by infrastructure outside our direct control.

3. What we do not do

• We do not log or store the content of traffic passing through the proxies.
• We do not track the websites you visit or your destinations.
• We do not sell or share data with ad networks or data brokers.
• We do not require sign-up: this website has no data collection form.

4. Purposes

• entering into and performing the proxy service agreement;
• support and handling your requests;
• abuse prevention and infrastructure protection;
• compliance with applicable law.

5. Data retention

Conversations are kept until the matter is resolved and deleted no later than 12 months after the last message. Connection metadata is automatically deleted within 24 hours. A minimal set of payment records may be kept longer where required by applicable law.

6. Sharing with third parties

Data may be processed by our hosting provider and network infrastructure suppliers to the extent necessary to run the service, and by payment providers when a payment is made. Disclosure to authorities is possible only upon a lawful, mandatory request.

7. Your rights

You may request information about your data, its correction or deletion — message us on Telegram: @pussycatproxy. To protect the data, we may ask you to confirm control of the contact used.

8. Cookies and local storage

The website uses only two technical local storage keys: pcs-lang (your language) and pcs-cookie-consent (your banner choice). There are no analytics, ads or third-party trackers. See the Cookie Policy for details.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published here with its update date.
